Individual therapy:

Virtual option through a HIPAA compliant program or In-person option at my office location in Webster Groves, MO. (Client has to be in the state of Missouri during these sessions per my licensure requirements)
One-on-one sessions that are focused on what you are wanting out of therapy. You will receive a full assessment in your first session to determine recommendations for treatment and incorporate this with your personal goals

Fee: $140 per 60- minute session (This applies only if your insurance does not cover your session)

Anthem/BCBS
Lyra
For all other insurances, I am an Out-of-network provider: You would be charge my full rate ($140), and I can provide you with a "super bill" to submit to your insurance company. This typically would go towards your out-of-network deductible.

Trainings for community partners and agencies:

I provide a variety of trainings on Borderline Personality Disorder, Burnout prevention, and Trauma assessment.
